Coffee Return & Damaged Goods Policy

Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item unless there was an issue such as damaged delivery.

Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within the next 48 hours of receiving the product for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.

Did Not Get Your Coffee Order?

If the item was never delivered we will verify shipping status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we can not refund the order total or offer a replacement.

Shipping Exclusions

Carriage to Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland are excluded. 

When do you process coffee orders?

We process orders from Monday - Friday  weekend orders will be processed first thing Monday morning. 

Apparel Merch Orders 

All apparel and merch products are manufactured to order. We typically take 2-7 business days to create apparel and merch products. Shipping times should be added on top of that. In stock apparel and merch, orders are typically shipped within 5 business days.

All shipping rates are generated automatically via various shipping providers.

Multiple apparel and merch products may be shipped separately due to differing manufacturing times or package sizes.

Merch Returns 

Returned apparel and merch is not accepted as it is custom manufactured to order unless there was an issue such as damaged delivery, misprinted, or defective.

We can not refund orders for buyer's remorse.

Size exchanges are also unfortunately not accepted so please refer carefully to sizing guides before placing your order.

Damage Merch, Misprinted or Defected Merch

Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns can be accepted after 48 hours.

Merch Not Delivered?

If the item was never delivered we will verify shipping status through the shipment tracking number. If the tracking number shows delivery we can not refund the order total or offer a replacement.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Unclaimed returned items get donated to charity after 4 weeks.
